Dallas College requires students to complete end of course surveys by noon on the last day of class. The institution uses this data to help instructors refine teaching practices and course content.

The deadline is fixed. Once the survey window closes, students can no longer submit new responses or modify existing ones. The college states that closed surveys cannot be reopened for additional entries.

Students access the surveys through the eCampus platform. They log in, select the 'More' option, and choose 'Course Eval' to begin. The system allows users to save their progress if they exit before submitting. If a student leaves the survey early, the 'Start Now' button changes to 'Continue' upon return.

Feedback remains anonymous throughout the process. Student names and other identifying information are not linked to the survey responses. Instructors cannot view the results until after final grades have been submitted.

The college emphasizes that the feedback mechanism is a tool for improvement. By sharing their experiences, students help the institution enhance the overall learning environment. The process is designed to be quick, requiring only a few minutes to complete on any device with internet access.

Students who submit their evaluations receive a confirmation message. This notification verifies that the responses were successfully recorded. If a student needs assistance with the eCampus interface or the survey process, they can contact Student Technical Support at 972-669-6402 or the toll-free line at 866-374-7169.
