TechCrunch has cut ticket prices for its Founder Summit 2026 by 25% and added six small-group roundtables to the November 4 event at SoWa Power Station in Boston. The summit brings together founders, investors and operators for talks, live pitching and networking sessions throughout the day.
The roundtables run from 10:45 a.m. to 2:35 p.m. and cover enterprise sales, artificial intelligence, lean teams and how to build a product category that does not yet exist. Attendees are asked to bring their own questions and describe what they are seeing inside their companies.
The first session, at 10:45 a.m., is led by Alexandra Ames, founder and chief event strategist at Blueprint Lab. Her talk addresses how early-stage companies can approach events strategically before they can pay for a full-time events team, including how to choose opportunities, define success and stretch limited resources. At 11:30 a.m., two sessions run at the same time: Chirag Shah, a partner at Define Ventures, covers entering markets with high potential but complex buyers such as regulated industries, while Shishir Tewari, head of enterprise data engineering at Procore Technologies, discusses how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG can give AI systems stronger context.
The afternoon sessions begin at 1:15 p.m. with Merve Kitapci, managing partner and CGO of ADIN.AI, on winning major enterprise customers before a Series A, a topic that touches on long buying cycles, multiple stakeholders and the credibility a prominent customer logo can bring. At 1:55 p.m., Andy Tang, a partner at Draper Associates, leads a conversation for founders whose products do not fit an established category, covering how to explain and sell them and how to help investors grasp the opportunity. The final roundtable, at 2:35 p.m., features Linden Tibbets, CEO and founder of IFTTT, on how smaller teams can use AI to raise speed and output without adding headcount.
The roundtables are one part of a larger program. Sessions on the Build and Impact Stages will cover product-market fit, hiring, founder leadership, fundraising, pitching and building companies outside the Bay Area. Toast co-founder Steve Fredette is among those scheduled to share founder perspectives, followed by a live pitching competition called "So You Think You Can Pitch?" A Networking Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares are also on the schedule.
TechCrunch is offering 25% off Founder Summit tickets for a limited time, along with a limited buy-one-get-one deal that lets attendees bring a colleague for free. The founder summit takes place November 4 at SoWa Power Station.
