TechCrunch has confirmed the speaker lineup for its Founder Summit 2026. The event takes place on November 4 at the SoWa Power Station in Boston. Fidelity Private Shares is hosting the full-day gathering.

Twenty-five speakers will address attendees. The agenda moves beyond standard topics like fundraising and artificial intelligence. Sessions cover finding customers, building teams, and refining pitch decks. The program also addresses founder leadership and scaling companies outside traditional tech hubs.

Steve Fredette, president and co-founder of Toast, will speak on the Impact Stage. His session, titled 'Building a Company That Keeps Reinventing Itself,' examines how the business has evolved from a Boston startup into a public company. Fredette will discuss maintaining core customer needs while adapting to shifting market expectations and technology.

Two investor-led sessions address the tension between rapid expansion and strategic restraint. Kent Bennett, a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, will lead 'Finding Product Market Fit Before You Scale.' He will identify the signals founders need before increasing headcount or spending. Rudina Seseri, founder and managing partner of Glasswing Ventures, will discuss 'When to Scale and When to Hit the Brakes.' Her talk explores how to distinguish between moments of acceleration and times when restraint protects the business.

Lior Div, CEO and co-founder of 7AI, will present 'Built for AI From Day One.' Div will contrast bolting AI onto existing processes with building a company around it from the start. This includes architecture and operating models. Dave Balter, a venture partner at True Ventures and CEO of Edisyl, will lead a session on pitching. He will argue that a pitch must earn the next conversation. Balter will join Chirag Shah of Define Ventures and Simran Suri of Maveron for a live judging panel called 'So You Think You Can Pitch?'.

The local Boston ecosystem receives dedicated attention. Chase Garbarino, CEO and co-founder of HqO, will present 'The Boston Founder Playbook.' This session examines building and scaling companies in the city, focusing on talent, customers, and capital outside the Bay Area. Together with the Toast session, this creates a local theme for the summit.

Other speakers include Hunter Worland of NEA on distribution as a competitive advantage. Vineet Edupuganti, co-founder and CEO of Cogent Security, will discuss building 10x teams. Tina Tosukhowong of TDK Ventures will cover hidden signals that identify category winners. Fidelity Private Shares representatives Kristen Craft and Evan Schnidman will speak on fundraising trends and enterprise relationships. The day includes roundtables, networking, and a closing reception. TechCrunch is offering a 25% ticket discount and a buy-one-get-one deal for early registrations.
